SDK Version 3.1.10.10 and Earlier

Will No Longer Receive Service Optimization Support

Issue Time: June, 2023

ThoughTek is continually working to improve our services and software to best meet the needs of our customers. Now, we will cease optimization to servers for SDK versions, including 3.1.10.10 and older. We have been maintaining the service using the old protocol for more than 10 years. It’s very unlikely that we can do more without a firmware update.

If you are using an older version of the SDK, please note that this will not stop your service or operation from working. However, please be aware that the service might experience performance degradation over time.

Therefore, we recommend upgrading your firmware to use the latest version of the SDK to benefit from improved performance and support. Please contact your account manager or FAE for more information.
