Server Upgrade Notification

ThroughTek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) sincerely appreciates your continued support of our services.

To further enhance overall connection stability and user experience, the Company will conduct a server system upgrade and optimization starting at 14:00 (UTC+8) on January 23, 2026, in support of ongoing and future feature enhancements. The key points of this upgrade are outlined below:

Upgrade Highlights

  • Connection Behavior and Process Optimization
    The existing connection handling workflows will be adjusted and optimized to improve connection stability and success rates under specific scenarios, reducing the likelihood of reconnections and unexpected disconnections.
  • Wake-Up Mechanism Optimization (Server-Side)
    Device wake-up mechanisms and trigger processes will be optimized to enhance the stability and consistency of wake-up responses.
    This enhancement is designed to work in conjunction with the upcoming SDK v4.3.9.0 to achieve optimal performance.
  • System Stability and Operations Enhancement
    Internal processing and monitoring mechanisms will continue to be refined to strengthen overall service stability and operational maintainability.

Upgrade Schedule

  • Start Time : January 23, 2026, 14:00 (UTC+8)
  • End Time : January 27, 2026, 16:00 (UTC+8) (latest completion)

The upgrade will be carried out in phases to minimize service impact. Most services will remain operational during this period; however, brief connection delays or reconnections may occur at certain times.

Notes for Customers

  • This upgrade will not affect existing data or service content.
  • For wake-up mechanism enhancements, customers are advised to evaluate usage in combination with SDK v4.3.9.0 once available.
  • For deployment or testing requirements, please contact your account representative or technical support.
