ThroughTek, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” sincerely thanks our customers for their continued support. The comprehensive server update originally scheduled for 2024/01/30 will be postponed to 2024/02/05. Please pay attention to the update execution period. Reason for postponement: During the final testing phase before the update, the company discovered potential optimization opportunities to ensure that the updated system is more stable and efficient. In order to maintain strict quality and performance control and provide our clients with a better user experience, we have decided to postpone the update to 2024/02/05.

Estimated completion time: The update period will be carried out gradually starting from 10:00 am (Taiwan time, UTC+8) on 2024/02/05, and is expected to be completed at 3 pm (Taiwan time, UTC+8). During this period, we will try our best to maintain the stability of the service and reduce the impact that may occur during the update process.

Note to customers: To ensure that you can fully experience the optimization benefits brought by this upgrade, the company strongly recommends that you update the hardware SDK to the latest version.
