ThroughTek Will Initiate a Comprehensive Server Update to
Enhance the Security and Efficiency of Services for Our Customers

ThroughTek, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” is strategically planning a large-scale server update within the designated timeframe specified below to provide customers with a safer, more stable, and efficient service experience. This update includes cybersecurity reinforcement and system optimization. Throughout the update period, the servers will continue to operate seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
The main focus of this server update is on the following two aspects:
- Cybersecurity Reinforcement: Implementing multi-layered protections against malicious attacks. This involves improving encryption technology, updating intrusion detection systems, and implementing additional security safeguards.
- System Optimization: Enhancing system performance to ensure a faster and smoother user experience.
Update Schedule: The update is scheduled to be completed within one day on January 30, 2024 (Taiwan time, UTC+8), starting at 10:00 am and proceeding incrementally until finished by 10:00 pm. Throughout the updating process, the operation of server services will be maintained as usual.
The Company strongly recommends customers update their SDK to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the latest server releases. This not only ensures access to the latest features but also enhances security and performance capabilities for customers.
